Meals on Wheels across the Southern Highlands - our core service is to provide meals for our clients. We offer chilled and frozen main meals that can be delivered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays or can be collected from our office. We offer 3 sizes of meals (small, medium and large). We also offer soups, salads, sandwiches and desserts. We are able to tailor meals to clients' dietary needs and preferences as we cook all meals on site in our Moss Vale kitchens.

Catering - we are also able to offer catering for individuals and groups. We can provide a number of options for morning and afternoon teas as well as meals. Contact us today to discuss your requests and our affordable prices.

More Than Just A Meal - with our fabulous volunteers delivering meals it is much more than great nutrition they offer. With the social interaction and casual monitoring of health and wellbeing it is a wonderful added service.
